That Nashville Girl
“Are you that Nashville girl with the podcast?”
Yep — that’s me.
I’m the girl you see around town with the (patent-pending) bob. The one who can’t stop talking about the artist I just discovered or the songwriter I caught at a writer’s round that somehow changed my life a little. I pick my favorite athletes based on their charities and personalities — not just what they do on the field. And when I go out, I notice everything… the service, the drinks, the lighting, the energy, who’s sitting where and why.
Basically, I’m your unofficial Nashville bestie.
The one who tells you who to listen to before they blow up.
Who you should be paying attention to (and why).
And what actually lives up to the hype in a city that has a lot of it.
And each week, I sit down with someone in this city you might already know — or absolutely should — and we get into the stories, the moments, and the behind-the-scenes stuff that makes you feel like you’re a little more in it than everyone else.
It’s fun, it’s real, it’s a little unfiltered… and it’s the Nashville I love so much!

What Do You Want to Be Known For?
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
A conversation on burnout, reinvention, confidence, community, and the brave decisions that build the life you actually want.
What if asking one powerful question could change your entire life?
In this deeply inspiring and wildly honest episode, Amanda Adams sits down with her longtime friend — creative powerhouse, coach, and yacht-retreat founder Tiffany Napper — to talk about burnout, reinvention, career pivots, grief, feminine confidence, and what it really means to build a life that feels aligned.
Together, they unpack:
✨ The question that will transform your next decade: What do you want to be known for?
✨ “Choose your hard” — why staying stuck is just as hard as changing
✨ The invisible burnout so many women experience in their 30s & 40s
✨ How Tiffany turned heartbreak and loss into her next chapter (and a literal yacht life)
✨ Why women minimize their gifts (“I’m not a designer…”) — and how to stop
✨ The power of proximity, friendship, and building a network you can actually lean on
✨ How to know when you’re climbing the wrong mountain
✨ The path from overdoing to overflowing
✨ The joy of reinvention at any age
This is the episode you’ll want to replay whenever you feel stuck, burnt out, or ready to rewrite your story.
